WHAT DO PHYSIOS TREAT?

Injuries

Whether it's an injury at home, work or in the gym - Physiotherapists are trained to assess, diagnose and treat pain.

Disability

Physiotherapists treat physical and mental disabilities through a combination of exercise, hands-on and equipment prescription.

Aging & Falls

Getting old ain't easy! Falls, chronic pain and reduced strength can impact our lives. Physiotherapists work to reduce these issues.

Arthritis

Oestoarthritis affects 1 in 10 Australians. Physiotherapists treat pain, stiffness and limitations caused by arthritis.

Chronic Pain

There is nothing worse than living in pain. We use a variety of treatment techniques to target chronic pain conditions.

And More...

Give us a call to see if physio is right for you. We are trained to assist you or refer on to the right health professional.

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

Multiple Sclerosis (shortened to MS) is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system.

Physiotherapists treat muscle weakness, reduced balance and pain in people with MS. We help our patients maximise their function so that they can move more, feel better and achieve their life goals.

STROKE

A stroke is a brain injury that is caused by restricted blood flow to part of the brain.

Physiotherapists work with stroke clients to relearn movements, improve strength and build skills that are lost after a stroke. We believe that every client has hidden potential that can be unlocked with physiotherapy.

AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER

Autism Spectrum Disorder (shortened to ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disability that is often diagnosed in childhood.

Physiotherapists work with children and adults with ASD. This can involve skill building, exercise therapy and therapeutic play.

SPINAL CORD INJURY

A spinal cord injury (shortened to SCI) involves complete or partial damage to the spinal cord, that carries signals to and from the brain.

Physiotherapists work with SCI clients to relearn movements, improve strength and build skills required after this type of injury. This may involve manual therapy, hydrotherapy and exercise therapy.
